ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees Field Operations onsite and actively participates in the successful execution of various Earthworks Projects.

Monitors performance and compliance including schedule, cost, equipment, people, materials and HSE initiatives.

Maintains liaison with Sales, Earthworks Departmental Management and Dispatch to ensure work complies with specifications and schedule.

Takes an active role in monitoring performance.

Builds partnerships and relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Strong ability to build professional relationships.

Proven mentoring and leadership development skills.

Ability to work within tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.

Previous estimating experience is an asset.

Strong computer skills in MS Office.

Strong attention to detail and possesses a solid work ethic.
