Prospero Teaching are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Oldbury for an experienced and passionate Level 6 Early Years Pre-School Manager to lead their expanding EYFS provision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Early Years professional to take a leading role within an outstanding EYFS environment, helping to shape childrens early learning experiences and ensuring every child develops the skills needed for school readiness and beyond.

The successful candidate will:
Lead the pre-school provision and manage the day-to-day running of the setting
Deliver outstanding teaching and learning across the EYFS curriculum
Create engaging, enabling indoor and outdoor learning environments
Work collaboratively with the EYFS Lead, SENDCO and Senior Leadership Team
