Reporting to the Family Supports Supervisor, the Early Years Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering culturally grounded programming that supports children and caregivers across all stages of early development. This role focuses on building caregiver knowledge, confidence, and connection through innovative, community-informed initiatives, including province-wide playgroups and early years programming. The coordinator fosters strong relationships with Métis caregivers and partners while creating opportunities for peer connection and shared learning.
