An opportunity has arisen for an existing B6 or 7 to apply for the above position within the EIT service in Bury.

The Department of Health paper,’ Achieving Better Access to Mental Health services by 2020’ set out the commitment for additional investment to develop Early Intervention in Psychosis services—identifying waiting times , treatment and interventions to be delivered in accordance with NICE guidelines for psychosis and schizophrenia.

The team manager post would be responsible for the day to day management of the team as they provide interventions with people experiencing first episode psychosis and those with an identified at risk mental state.
