The Role

This is a pivotal role at the heart of Claude & Co. You'll provide high‑level assistance support to the Founder and Senior Leadership Team, while also helping to keep the wider office and team running smoothly. This is not a reactive support role. You will be trusted to make decisions, set boundaries and prioritise them on behalf of the Founder and Directors. You will be expected to challenge where needed, protect leadership time and bring clarity to competing demands and objectives of the business. You'll be the person who brings calm, structure and momentum to a busy leadership team – managing diaries, preparing for meetings, following up actions and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
