Job Description

Your mission

Marketplace & Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with key online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
  • Own commercial negotiations, joint business planning (JBP), and performance tracking with marketplace partners.
  • Drive sales growth through assortment optimisation, promotional planning, and visibility strategies.

    • E-Commerce Enabler Collaboration

  • Partner closely with external e-commerce enablers ,supporting platform execution, analytics, and operational delivery.
  • Oversee agency performance across store operations, merchandising, digital content, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure alignment between brand objectives and enabler deliverables.

    • Commercial & Performance Ownership

  • Analyse marketplace performance metrics including sell-through, conversion, traffic acquisition, and campaign ROI.
