**Finance, Billing & Marketplace Operations (Primary Focus)**

+ Maintain accurate records of **received invoices** and support follow-ups to ensure **timely payment processing** in line with internal timelines.
+ Raise and manage **marketplace wallet top-ups** (Shopee and Lazada) based on approved budgets and client requests.
+ Adhere to **internal and external billing processes** , including:
+ Raising media flights
+ Creating billing and payment schedules
+ Updating and maintaining systems such as **Starscape**
+ Monitor and track **marketplace wallet balances** on an ongoing basis and proactively flag any discrepancies, risks, or issues.
+ Support **invoice reconciliation and PO mapping** , ensuring alignment between actual spend, approved budgets, and billing documentation.
