Job Responsibilities
1. Daily E-commerce Operations - Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify - Product listing, content updates, and campaign participation - Process orders and handle customer inquiries
2. Campaign & Sales Support - Support platform campaigns (mega sales, promotions, bundles) - Assist in basic ads setup and coordination (Shopee Ads / TikTok Ads) - Monitor sales performance and highlight issues or opportunities
3. Inventory & Coordination - Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment - Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners - Ensure smooth order fulfilment and stock accuracy
4. Execution & Team Support - Follow SOPs and ensure operational consistency - Support ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce operations - Work closely with internal team and external partners
