Looking for a Dynatrace L2/L3 Support Engineer for a Sustenance role, with strong experience in configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Dynatrace platform
• Handle configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of Dynatrace (One Agent, dashboards, alerts)
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
• Analyze alerts, identify root causes, and provide fixes
• Work on incident management, problem resolution, and escalations
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvements
