:The Dynamics365 Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. This role will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI. The administrator will collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Administration & Customization (50%)
Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
