Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

📍 Manchester (Hybrid) | Contract (6 months - Scope for extensions)

We’re hiring 3x Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join a major financial services organisation delivering customer and sales journey transformation.

The Role

Work as the bridge between business and tech—translating requirements into compliant, platform‑aligned Dynamics 365 solutions. Focus areas include:

  • Customer insights & engagement
  • Sales/advisor journeys
  • Customer servicing
