Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Customer Service & Contact Center

Languages: Spanish Mandatory and fluent in English.

The person will be responsible for delivering customization based on Dynamics CE Platform and functional design as part of a project team.

Responsabilities

• Deliver quality developments (customization and integration) with defined quality standards.
• Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed functional design document (FDD).
• Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements.
• Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.
• Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items.
• Elaboration of test plan documents.
• Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.
• Provide training sessions to the customer.
