Job Summary:

The ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures that business processes are aligned with system capabilities, manages ERP projects, coordinates with stakeholders, and drives continuous system improvements to support operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead ERP implementation, migration, integration, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business units to identify system requirements and process improvements.
• Ensure ERP configurations, workflows, and modules are aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams for system support and upgrades.
