Our CRM team manages Customer Relationship projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution, focused on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise. Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a dynamic and motivated Manager. The team is cross-functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
Hold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.
