D365 CE Business Analyst - DXC Practice for Microsoft

As Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape 365 CE / Power Platform solutions that improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements
• Run workshops, interviews and process discovery sessions
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and process maps
• Support the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, testers and project managers
• Support UAT planning, test execution and change readiness activities
• Assist with data migration, reporting and business process improvements
• Provide clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
