Data Lead Role Description

The Data Lead will oversee the end-to-end data migration effort into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, managing one junior resource and ensuring alignment across all data-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include defining and coordinating the data migration approach, developing Excel-based data load templates for client completion, and providing clear system specifications and guidance to client teams responsible for populating these templates. The Data Lead will work closely with the client’s data team, which is responsible for data mapping and cleansing, to ensure data quality, completeness, and alignment with CRM requirements.
