Job Description
Lead financial excellence at Fraser Health as a Financial Manager in Surrey, B.C. This role focuses on budgeting strategies and financial advisory to senior leadership.
As a Regular Full-Time Financial Manager, you will provide consulting services to Senior Executive members while developing and monitoring operating budgets. Your background in financial planning and your skill in statistical analysis will help drive Fraser Health's initiatives forward while ensuring financial compliance and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consultative financial and business services to executives
• Create and manage annual operating budgets for programs
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and reporting
• Work closely with executives on resource allocation
• Monitor budgets and provide variance analyses
Requirements:
• CPA designation essential
• 5 to 7 years’ financial experience in a healthcare setting
• Expertise in GAAP and financial principles
