This managerial role is suited for a CPA with at least 2 years of post-designation experience in public accounting. You will oversee various assurance tasks, mentor junior staff, and play a vital role in client success, ensuring high-quality service delivery and building community strength.
Key Responsibilities: β’ Oversee planning and execution of assurance services β’ Directly prepare and review working papers β’ Coach and develop junior team members β’ Enhance internal training programs β’ Foster strong client relationships
Requirements: β’ 2+ years experience in public accounting β’ Proficiency in audits, reviews, and compilations β’ Skilled in Microsoft Office, Caseware, TaxPrep β’ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills β’ Strong passion for developing team performance
