Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the chiller operator regarding the status of the plant.
• Facilitate various activities for the day of operation. Coordinate with the engineering division, sub contractors, and mall admin.
• Inform Project Manager, FLSE and division managers of any breakdown, damages or whatever problems encountered during operation.
• Prepare all tasks that are essential for the day of operation such as, input of daily activity report, including preventive maintenance.
• Conduct quality control inspections to make sure that equipment is in good working condition.
• Prepare monthly report to be submitted to the designated persons.
• Discuss to subcontractors any problems that might be encountered during their preventive maintenance inspection.
• Coordinate with the FLSE regarding calls from the tenants regarding on room temperature comfort problems.
