As Duty Officer Lounges you are the shift manager responsible for premium lounge operations. You own the end-to-end guest experience, including food, beverage, ambience and service standards, and lead a team of lounge hospitality professionals every shift.

• Set the standard for premium guest service and act as a role model and coach for all lounge team members on shift.
• Supervise food and beverage delivery, ensuring consistent quality, quantity and presentation standards.
• Proactively gather guest feedback and drive continuous improvement in the lounge product.
• Conduct daily briefings to communicate product and service updates and capture learning from service recovery.
• Champion safety and security compliance in line with corporate, civil aviation and government standards.
