Key Responsibilities

• To manage the operational activities of the Aviation PRM Team
• To assist in maintaining staff discipline, including disciplinary issues and conformance with OCS Company and Local Airport Authority regulations, including uniform standards and H & S regulations
• To ensure all equipment & vehicles are maintained in proper working order
• To complete reports as and when required and maintain a handover/log
• To monitor the deployment of staff to ensure best possible utilisation of labour against daily demand for assistance, in line with forecast
• To identify the training requirements of Movement Controllers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Drivers, Customer Care Agents, Temporary / Casual staff to ensure they can take full responsibility for their areas of work and are fully conversant with the Safe Systems of...
