Delaire Graff Lodges & Spa is looking for a Duty Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from arrival to departure is seamless in accordance with all policies and procedures set. Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards are kept in guest service, cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Monitors Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition
• Oversee all Guest Relations processes
• Assist in employee relations processes
• Able to carry out and complete all duties responsible for a Guest Relations Officer and Night Auditor
• Attend morning meetings
• Able to compile the roster, roster management
• Set up and create training for all new recruited Guest Relations Officers
