Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel facilities and equipment. Provide guests and colleagues with a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment.
As an Duty Engineer, we rely on you to
Conducts regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Respond promptly to guest and staff requests regarding engineering or maintenance issues.
Monitor and operate key systems i.e. Fire Alarm System, Building Management System (BMS) and report irregularities.
Carry out troubleshooting and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and system failures.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
