Our client, a well-established international brand based in Lisbon, is growing their Dutch-speaking support team. They're looking for motivated people ready to relocate and build something real, not just fill a seat.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and keyboard) that Dutch-speaking customers turn to when they need help. Day-to-day, that means:
- Handling customer questions via phone, email, and chat — professionally and with personality
- Solving product, service, and account-related issues efficiently
- Escalating the tricky stuff to the right people, at the right time
- Representing a global brand in a way that leaves customers genuinely impressed
