Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of ductwork systems ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to establish timelines and ensure seamless integration of ducting systems into larger HVAC projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of ducting installations to identify any defects or areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead and mentor a team of ducting technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex installation challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or ducting systems is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in duct installation and supervision within the HVAC industry.
