Job Requirements

• ITI Diploma or equivalent certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in a facility management environment.
• Ability to read complex technical blueprints and troubleshoot chilled water HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across assigned community buildings.
• Respond to emergency tenant breakdown calls within strict SLA timeframes.
• Maintain accurate logs on the CAFM system regarding spare parts usage and repair status.
