  • Allg. Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife mit Studierfähigkeitstest.

  • Fit in Deutsch und Mathematik.

  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen.

  • Begeisterung für Transport und Logistik.

  • Teamgeist, Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent.

  • Überdurchschnittliches Engagement, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.

  • Wechsel zwischen Theorie und Praxis im 3-monatigen Rhythmus.

  • Grundlagen der Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

  • Durchlauf aller logistischer Bereiche, sowie einzelner kaufmännischer Abteilungen.

  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in der operativen Logistik.

  • Steuerung der Waren- und Informationsflüsse.

  • Bedienung hochtechnologischer Distributionssysteme.
