Key Responsibilities

• Teach Design Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, focusing on practical application, including Product Design, Graphics or Systems, depending on the post holder’s specialism.
• Deliver engaging lessons that integrate real‑world technical and design skills.
• Support students working towards technical qualifications and industry‑standard outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of a high‑quality STEM curriculum that reflects current industry practices.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed in all workshop and classroom activities.
