Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Community & Residential Support

**About the Role**

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs in their homes and local communities. Your work helps individuals build skills, maintain routines, and live with greater independence and security.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role. You’ll be present for everyday moments that matter—morning routines, shared meals, community outings, and personal goals—offering steady support that promotes dignity, confidence, and choice.
