As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of our next-generation NAND research & development dry etch team, driving critical modules and collaborating across process areas such as Wet Etch, CVD, Diffusion, Metals, Lithography, and CMP. You will work on state-of-the-art dry etch chambers and own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals.

• Develop dry etch processes to meet the physical & electrical requirements of Micron’s products.
• Optimize dry etch processes to reduce cost, process variability, and improve process capability.
• Collaborate with process integration and other process development teams to develop innovative new solutions.
• Conduct root cause and failure mode analysis to understand limitations of current hardware and drive vendors for solutions.
