DRSC T&L – Tax Business Process Solution (Senior Associate)

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily, weekly, and monthly payroll functions, including payroll reports and compliance obligations for Singapore.
• Review payroll reports produced by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations before client approval each month.
• Respond to client email queries and clarifications.
• Send payroll queries for the month where clarifications are required.
• Ensure team members remain on track with the payroll timeline agreed with clients.
• Ensure pay slips are released promptly to employees.
• Prepare and/or review Singapore tax clearance (Form IR21) for foreign employees leaving Singapore.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for payroll compliance and advisory matters from the client and local statutory authority perspective.
