Internal Requisition: Driver Recruiting Support

Reports To: Recruiting Supervisor / Director of Recruiting

Location: Remote (Overseas – aligned to U.S. recruiting hours)

Position Summary

This role provides front-end recruiting support by managing initial candidate screening and routing for inbound and outbound driver leads. The Driver Recruiting Support serves as the first point of contact, ensuring all candidates are quickly pre-qualified, accurately documented, and connected to a recruiter via warm transfer.

This role is process-driven, not a full-cycle recruiting position, and requires strict adherence to script, scope, and compliance standards.
