Job Description

Job Summary:

The Driver’s primary duty is delivering all orders, shopping, maintaining delivery vehicles and providing stellar customer service at every FBO and Client location.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, i.e., the Driver will be responsible for managing the timeliness of the final product that will be delivered to the appropriate location. 

Responsibilities and Associated Duties:

  • The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering catering orders and concierge items in a safe and timely manner in compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Additionally, the Driver will participate in the process of directly serving the ACW customers and obtaining feedback from them regarding our product and service, which they will relay to the Catering Director, Catering Specialist, Sous Chef, and General Manager as required.
