Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the assigned senior executive to appointments, meetings, and outstation trips as required.
• Ensure timely daily pick-up from residence to office and other designated locations as instructed.
• Plan travel routes efficiently to ensure smooth and punctual journeys, taking traffic and road conditions into consideration.
• Provide support for travel-related administrative tasks and other assigned administrative duties when required.
• Ensure safety and security at all times in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding schedules, movements, and all company-related matters.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good condition on a daily basis.
• Report any vehicle defects or issues immediately to ensure timely repair and maintenance.
