Responsibilities

• Office-based with regular trips to offshore/onshore drilling units
• Plan, lead and supervise all aspects of drilling & completion engineering works for successful, cost‑effective and safe implementation of COMPANY exploration and development wells. The Drilling Manager manages day‑to‑day drilling activities and operations and ensures all operations are carried out in a safe, efficient, and economical manner.
• Manage the planning and execution of drilling projects.
• Develop revisions or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot drilling problems.
• Strategize, plan and schedule preparation to ensure all activities are operated in a safe and cost‑effective manner.
• Coach and train Drilling/Completion Engineers assigned to the project team to enable accelerated learning.
