Work Address: Quezon City or Cebu

Work Set-up: Onsite | Dayshift

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records for validation of DRG (Diagnostic-Related Groups) assignment.
• Provide detailed rationale and supporting evidence for recommendations and findings.
• Utilize industry-recognized references to support their review findings, such as the ICD10 Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, AHIMA Standards of Ethical Coding, AHIMA Practice Briefs related to compliant querying and AHA Coding Clinics.
• Knowledge of 3M coding, Optum, computer-assisted coding (CAC), and abstracting software, Meditech, etc., will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• PHRN is an advantage
• College Graduate of BS Nursing or Med Allied Course
• At least 2 years of experience in DRG/V IP Auditor
