Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manages design delivery for multiple projects ensuring adherence to design criteria standards and scope development including procurement of consultants and thirdparty reviewers.
- Develops engineering work scope reports schedules budgets and monitors project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Leads engineering calculations material estimates designs and requisitions for procurement while ensuring design deliverables are submitted on schedule.
- Coordinates with engineers contractors and regulatory agencies to ensure the best implementation and installation of services and supports project management with design reviews and audits.
- Assists Project Manager with technical fiscal and administrative tasks ensures client requirements are met and handles scope changes change orders and project documentation.
