Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drafting Manager to join our growing team. The Residential Drafting Manager leads the drafting and design operations, overseeing the production of construction drawings for single-family, multi-family, and custom homes. This role ensures all plans comply with the Building Codes, municipal bylaws, and permitting requirements, while promoting efficient construction, cost control, and customer satisfaction. The position manages the drafting department and works closely with estimating, construction, sales, and external consultants to deliver accurate, buildable, and timely designs.
