Danfoss Mexico is looking for an AP Analyst working from our Apodaca facilities.
Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable subledger and actively review old/open unresolved debit balances, acting as a decision-maker to resolve/clear them.
Actively monitor and coordinate the resolution of GRIR OIM account.
Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Procurement/Finance/Outsource Partner) to make decisions or support the cleansing of aged open items in ledger balances.
Follow up with approvers on aged unapproved, rejected invoices, ensuring timely and effective execution of needed tasks.
Review vendor reminders and check fines and escalations received from/towards vendors.
Track, monitor, and control overdue payments, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Support invoice/credit notes booking-related queries/correction/reversal requests.
Support contacting vendors to follow the agreed process in case of critical vendor statements and direct debit vendor...
