This role involves operating dozers safely and efficiently within active construction and earthworks environments while maintaining high standards of safety, communication, and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers for tasks including ditching, sloping, ripping, and excavation support
• Read and interpret grade stakes and site plans as required
• Perform pre-operational and routine equipment inspections prior to use
• Follow direction from supervisors regarding work areas and daily tasks
• Maintain awareness of ground disturbance requirements and underground utilities
• Operate equipment in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safe work practices
