Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations
- Oversee day-to-day dormitory operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping standards
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas
- Manage check-in and check-out of workers
- Maintain accurate residents’ records (names, employers, room allocation)
- Enforce dormitory rules and house regulations
- Handle residents’ complaints and feedback
- Ensure compliance with regulations under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act
- Monitor fire safety, emergency procedures, and incident reporting
- Work with authorities for inspections when required
- Report and follow up on repair and maintenance issues
