The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deskside support and excellent communication skills, dedicated to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for end-users throughout the Active Directory domain migration process. This role is critical for monitoring all support channels, performing incident management, and providing direct user assistance during and after migration activities.
