Have strong d functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
Understands the complete lifecycle of Corporate ActionsManages Cost and Budgets

MUST HAVE:-
Understands the complete lifecycle of Corporate Actions
Have worked in automation of Corporate Actions with financial institutions in similar capacity
Experience in SWIFT MT and MX messages
Understand the integration model of A Corporate Actions system
Understand the nuances of working with custodians, asset managers & investment banking
