The role shapes technology decisions around operational and customer outcomes, ensures alignment to enterprise guardrails and strategic platforms, drives reuse over fragmentation, and supports delivery teams with pragmatic, buildable designs. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational, engineering and product leaders, the architect brings whole‑system thinking, commercial awareness, and strong coaching of solution architects to raise architectural maturity and support high‑performing service operations.
