POSITION SUMMARY: Active Military Only: Internship program for transitioning service members during their last 180 days of active duty, designed to learn the business processes of a Birkey’s Farm Store Dealership. Train with managers and staff in daily processes and establish working knowledge of each position as it relates to each department’s workflow. This internship is designed to expose participants to the operations of a full-service dealership with hands on work in service, sales, parts, and administrative support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Learn the Birkey’s Core Values, business model, product line, and services offered. Learn each department and their functions. Other duties as assigned.
