Responsibilities and Duties
Main bill & sub-bill entry
Archiving shipping documents
AR/AP bill entry
OA system AP bill payment request submission
Prepare documents and other related files, enter receivable and payable costs, and arrange for invoicing
Prepare, review, organize, copy, and distribute documents accordingly
Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations for imports and exports
Create import and export shipping logs and ensure correction of the data input into the logs
Prepare invoices for customers and freight management
Collect and ensure proper fees and record payment methods
Handle proof of delivery for each transaction for customers
Prepare various reports (weekly statistics, etc.)
