Job Summary
Manages and processes documentation to ensure accurate billing, compliance, and timely service delivery. Responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining clinical and administrative records while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supports operational efficiency and ensures adherence to regulatory and organizational standards in a medical-related environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and verify required documents such as prescriptions, clinical records, and authorizations
- Ensure compliance with insurance, regulatory, and internal documentation standards
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in system databases
