DMW Processing and Documentation

• Prepare, process, and monitor all documentary requirements for DMW accreditation, registration, and deployment of seafarers.
• Ensure timely renewal of DMW licenses, job orders, and contracts.
• Coordinate with DMW officers for verification, authentication, and release of documents.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking logs of all DMW-related submissions and approvals.

Government Liaison and Compliance

• Act as the company's representative in transacting with various government offices (e.g., DENR, MARINA, DOLE, POEA/DMW, BIR, LGUs, etc.).
• Handle environmental compliance requirements such as permit renewals, waste management reports, and other DENR submissions.
