Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Document Control & Project Administration: manage and maintain all project documentation including drawings, reports, RFIs, approvals, transmittals, inspection records, meeting minutes, and correspondence; ensure proper document numbering, version control, distribution, and archiving of all project records; maintain updated registers for drawings, material submissions, authority approvals, contractor submissions, RFIs, and NCR observations; track and monitor submission status to contractors, Trakhees, client and internal teams.
- Site Coordination and Support: liaise effectively between the Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Site Inspectors, Design Teams, Contractors, and Client representatives; coordinate internal and external meetings including preparation of agendas, presentations, action trackers, and minutes; follow up on action items and maintain logs for closure and reporting; support site teams with administrative coordination and pre...
