Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and process company documents to ensure accurate and organized records throughout project phases
- Assist project team by preparing reports, meeting notes, and fulfilling other documentation requests to support project progress
- Manage and transmit project files from initiation through construction and closeout to maintain project continuity
- Collect, scan, and upload documents following established procedures to ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Register all technical documents, including reports, drawings, and blueprints, in the document management system for easy retrieval
- Notify relevant personnel of updated document versions and provide guidance on accessing the latest information
